Celebrating excellence in workforce development—for training programs and craft professionals
Investing in the future workforce through Scholarships and training grants that support education, training, and career development
Equally important is our focus on supporting the future workforce. Through scholarships and training grants, SCOAR is investing in individuals pursuing careers in construction and the skilled trades. These programs help build a strong, capable pipeline of talent and ensure that our industry remains competitive for years to come.
Together, these efforts reflect SCOAR’s dedication to advancing the construction industry and supporting those who build our communities every day. I encourage you to get involved, share your expertise, and join us in shaping the future of our workforce.Darryl Thornton, SCOAR WFD Committee Chair
